I will be surely happy when this week is over! Things have been just plain crazy since last Friday.
Friday Michael had an out patient surgery and didn't do so well! He almost passed out in the parking lot of the Dr's Office after the surgery was over. Then we headed home to get the kids from my Friend Ameya's house. After that we headed to Walmart to get his medicine and there again he almost passed out! So we hurried and got his medicine and headed home. On the way home in the car he got really close to passing out on me again! 3 strikes is close enough for me. I ended up calling into work that night because I figured he was in no stake to take care of the kids let alone himself.
The weekend was good, things got a little better. Then Tuesday I go to work and our system went down. Our job depends on the system. If we don't have the system running we can't do our job. This is the first time in 2 yrs of working there that the system was down for so long. It went down around 8:30 and didn't come back online until almost midnight. Luckily Denise and Kristy were smart and printed all our signs out for us off the stores website. We were able to scan but not print so it made it for a long night. I arrived home shortly after 3 am that morning.
So that brings us to Wednesday morning. At about 4ish in the morning Michael gets up and heads to work. Since last week he hasn't been feeling all that great. Allergies here have been really bad this year. So he was suffering from that. Anyways, by Wednesday morning he was coughing and having trouble breathing. He went to work anyways and the next thing I know he calls me and tells me we need to head to the ER. He can't breath! So I hurry and get the kids up and run out the door. We get to the base and luckily someone was there to sit with him while I was coming. Get him in the car and head to the hospital. We get there and they rush him back and get the Dr and Nurses. They think he might have a collapse lung. So they do test and xrays and get him on a breathing treatment. 4 hrs later the Dr walks in a tells us that he has had an allergic reaction to some medicine and he might have Bronchitis. So they put him on medicine and send him home. It made for a really long day. Once again I called into work because Michael was so out of it and not doing so great.
As I was sitting there watching TV last night I realized that I had to take Michael to work this morning because we left his car at work. UGH!!! So this morning has been BUSY!!! Got up at 5:30 and haven't stopped since. Ran Michael to work, came home and got Samuel and Melody. Took them to school and had to go and talk with their teachers. Then realized that Melody forgot her lunch. UGH!!! So had to go back to the school to drop that off and then head to My Dr's appointment. Got to my appointment and everything checked out okay. Didn't gain any weight this week. The Dr did have a hard time finding the baby's heartbeat though and that scarred me. He finally was able to find it and said boy that baby is really low. I said DUH!!!! IT has been for three weeks! Anyways, I think the baby was just sleeping and not moving sothat's why he had a hard time finding it.
Well I sure hope the rest of today is better and that the next few weeks don't' get to crazy! Don't' know if I can handle any more ER trips. Unless it's to have this little one. LOL I LOVE this blog so that I can vent and just get my feelings of stress off my chest!
