Mel is such a blessing to our family! She is a great helper and loves to help with her little sisters. For Mel's birthday she wanted a halloween themed birthday. GREAT! We made her cake out of red velet and covered in purple icing and halloween candies! For dinner we let the kids choose what they want. Mel wanted Breakfast for dinner. Michael got creatived and we had green pancakes for dinner along with witches fingers (sauage links) and brains (bacon). The kids loved it!
For her presents Mel got a couple of shirts, a pair of jeans and a MP3 player. In the pictures you see a scooter but that wasn't part of her birthday. A friend accidental backed over her scooter. Which was really nice of them to replace since we told them not to worry about it.

I always think of Melody as a 4 year old - at least I think she was that age when we last saw you. I can't believe she's 9! Fun birthday dinner and cake!
