Today it was back to the routine. Not so many tears today. Had a few melt downs but only when Michael was telling me he was on the plane. But it's getting better. You would think these last 6 months would have prepared me for this time. It has in away. The kids know the routine which is great. Sarah now goes to bed in her bed without me sitting in there. Which is a HUGE Blessing. Now I just have to get her to stay in her bed. LOL I think bribery might work with this one. LOL
Today for the kids seems to be a little better as well. They did keep saying they missed Daddy and wanted to talk to him. Sarah got to chat with him for a bit and that made her day. Tonight, I think they all (except Laurel) are sleeping with their Hug a Hero dolls. I am so glad that we got them. Sarah asks me tonight as I am putting her to bed, Mommy, Do we have to cry every night for Daddy? Broke my heart. I said No why? She says to me, Well you were crying yesterday at the arrow o port. I didn't cry though. She is so smart and so darn cute!
I love my kids! They are the greatest things in the world to me!
Not much happened today other than I was on the computer all day until about 3pm talking on and off with Michael. Plus I was checking out websites to buy some bracelets, magnet ribbons for the cars and ribbon for the trees.
If you want any of these to help us show our support for Michael, just let me know! I plan on ordering them this weekend.
