Day 3

Today I got a late start.  I was suppose to get up at 5:30 to go run, read my scriptures and shower before the kids all got up. But it didn't happen. I didn't get up till Michael called me at 7 am.  I guess that's what I get for staying up late with a little one and then trying to watch my shows. LOL  Needless to say I can't watch Army Wives anymore.  It makes me really sad.  I think it makes me sad for the fact that I am going through what they are.  But then again maybe they will inspire me and help me through it.  I will just keep the box of tissues handy. LOL

I did manage to get up and have some scripture time before the kids got up.  Headed out the door about 8:15 to run.  Was going to head to the park but then changed my mind. Decided to just do a mile instead.  I really need to build up my mileage but I will get there.  Anyways, I should have stuck with my first thoughts and went to the park.  I about lost everything in my tummy because of the nasty smelling trash cans.  Best advice choose a different route to run when it's garage day. LOL

Can home and got some much needed stuff done.  I decided to sell all my old clothes that I have no need for anymore. So I got them all hung up and iron and ready to take to the store.  Once I got all the kids ready we headed out to run errands.  Ran to Walmart, Kohls, Upscale Resale and then headed to get my lovely weekly shots.  That first shot always gets me.  Then I am okay.

Sarah has taken Michael role of who gets to say prayers. As we sat down for dinner tonight she said to me, It's your turn Mom. LOL She is so cute. I think by far she is the one that is having the hardest time with Michael being gone.  But hopefully we can ease that pain for her.

The kids really enjoyed seeing Michael today via web cam.  I will get one picked up this weekend with a microphone so that we can chat with him. Sure will make things a little easier.  It's amazing the technology we have now days.

I am trying to get the kids on a schedule. I need a schedule and I think they need one as well. Tonight while giving the little ones a bath Sarah got something. It was so funny!  She got the spray bottle down and was spraying Laurel. Of Course Laurel was just laughing.

For family home Evening tonight we were talking about Accountability.  I used this cute little barn that has cows. You choose what field they go into.  Laurel was trying to be such a big help. She handed me one and said, here you go Mom! Samuel and I looked at her. It was so funny. She is starting to talk more and more.  For treats we had ice cream. YUM! Love the pictures of the kids eating their cones!

As I was putting Laurel and Sarah to be tonight. Laurel looks at me and says, OUT Mommy OUT! She even got up out of bed and pushed me out the door and shut the door. Of course Sarah didn't like that too much but Laurel was determined to get me out of that room. LOL

We love and miss you like crazy but it was so good to chat with you and see you too!
