174 & 175

Sorry for the no post yesterday but I wasn't feeling all that great. This cold or whatever is kicking my butt.  We were suppose to go to Stake Conference yesterday and we just stayed home and laid in bed for the most part.  So nothing really to report.  Did much the same today.  Woke up this morning to a fever, chills, aches, runny nose, cough. Then the bathroom has been my best friends all day.  Went this morning and got some meds and that has helped a little but not much.  I am hoping this kicks it self in the next few days.

Laurel was being so cute today.  This is what she was wearing for the most part.  Do you think she is ready for Summer?  She calls her swimsuit pool! She is so funny and just to cute!

Today has been overall good. Got two packages in the mail. One from Michael and then one from my Mom that has Sarah's Birthday Gift in it.   Went to get Sarah from school today and I have been parking in the garage and I didn't realize that the cord got stuck in the car door and it pull the cord out and wouldn't let the door come down.  Good thing I know what to do. LOL

Made a few phones calls today. One to Laurel's hand Dr.  Tried to find out when her surgery is and they have a date but it's not going to work. So we are back to waiting to see when they pick a date. UGH!   Second phone call was to Direct TV.  I finally heard they were offering local channels in my area. YEAH!  We have been with them for two years and no local channels.  It's about time they got them. So I was able to upgrade my receivers from one standard and one DVR to two HD DVR with locals for 20.16!  Can't believe it!  Can't pass up that offer at all.  And hopefully they will be here Thursday and Friday to install them.

Gotta take my car in tomorrow to the dealership to have them see what is going on with it and hopefully fix it and not cost me and arm and leg.  Then I gotta remember to call the gym tomorrow and see if they found a doll last Monday.  We have lost laurel's Rapunzel doll. Hoping things get better tomorrow.
